As part of measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus pandemic into the state, Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri has approved the imposition of a dusk-to-dawn curfew on the state.  The curfew was announced by the state Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Orientation, Mr Freston Akpor. Imo State government has approved the request to recover the sum of N19.63billion allegedly collected by Ex-Governor, Emeka Ihedioha from the Local Government Joint Accounts Allocation Committee JAAC.
