Police Service Commission has ordered, with immediate effect the dismissal of nine senior officers for misconduct. Six other police officers also demoted for misconduct. The Police Service Command spokesman, Ikechukwu Ani revealed this as part of the outcome of the fifth plenary meeting of the Commission, which held in Abuja on March 26 and 27, 2019. N2.66tn increase is recorded in Nigeria debt currently. As at December 31, 2018 stands at N24.387tn. this increased by 12.25% from N21.725tn in 2017 to N24.39tn in 2018 as reported by debt office. The Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics organising committee organised a ceremony remarking the conclusion of the flag tour across Japan.
