Andy Uba, the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the just concluded governorship election in Anambra State, has taken some shots back at the leaders of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, for conjuring several false stories to tarnish his image.
Uba pointed out that since the conclusion of the elections, due to his decision to follow legal means to contest the foul play he perceived in the electoral process, members of APGA, mainly, have made it their daily business to sponsor falsehoods about his personality.
Yesterday, the APC gubernatorial candidate communicated this message through Honourable Afam Ogene, his campaign organisation’s director of media and publicity. He said that his party has started interrogating the sanctity of the election outcome since it was finalised.
Quit Condemning My Decisions- Andy Uba Warns Opponents
Senator Uba called on his opponents to quit condemning his decision to use civil means to challenge the outcome of the voting procedures but rather prepare to meet him in court.
“Instead of gearing up for the expected judicial battle ahead, APGA as a party and its leaders are busy trolling my person, in the mistaken belief that their underhand tactics would make me back out of my chosen course of action.” He said.
