Nollywood veteran actress, Joke Silva has shared how she discovered she was adopted by her parents.
The thespian stated that she found her adoption papers while searching for her international transports in her mother’s absence. Joke Silva, who is the wife of Nollywood’s legendary actor, Olu Jacobs, stated that she didn’t discuss it with her parents because it was kept away from her.
The sensational actress said the search for the travel documents helped her discover what she refers to as the biggest secret of her life.
The 59-year-old movie star stated that she doesn’t want to hurt her parents so that was the reason she didn’t discuss it with them. In her words, “I never discussed it with my mum because I felt it was something that would hurt her, that was why, it was kept from me”.
