Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus has taken to her Instagram page to share videos of her thorough drilling as she begins weight loss journey.
The plus-sized actress shared the video of the workout sessions as she embarked on losing weight with her fitness coach on ground.
Eniola Badmus came into limelight after she featured in Funke Akindele’s ‘Jenifa‘ and then ‘Omo Ghetto‘. She hasn’t slowed down since then and has been an ambassador for many top brands.
The plumpy actress has been on a very tasking weight loss journey over the past few weeks and she has been proud enough to share her weight loss journey with her followers on Instagram.
This has gotten followers and her colleagues in the movie industry to encourage her in the comment section.
A determined Eniola Badmus was seen in the video swinging a heavy tyre from left to right until he was told to stop by the fitness coach.
She also threw punches at the coach as she embarked on the weight loss journey. She captioned the short videos, ”This tyre is heavy oooooo @deshapeables but why why …. I’m dying ooooooo killer coach @dancemachine2020”
