Starz has released the teaser to the 2nd season of their ‘Power‘ drama TV series titled ‘Power Book II: Ghost’.
This is the continuation of the American crime drama television series created and produced by Courtney A. Kemp in collaboration with Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent. The first season was aired on the Starz network from June 7, 2014 to February 9, 2020.
The last episode of the first season of ‘Power’ reveals the killer of the lead cast; James St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), a ruthless, intelligent drug dealer under the street name ”Ghost”.
The TV series also features James’ family, which partly consists of his wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton), and son Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.) as well as associate in crime and longtime friend Tommy Egan (Jospeh Sikora).
Power Book II: Ghost
The drama continues as Starz releases the teaser to the new season titled ‘Power Book II: Ghost’. The teaser shows Tariq St. Patrick (Micheal Rainey Jr.) as the lead cast.
Tacha, Tariq’s mother also featured in the new season of ‘Power’ which has taken a new turn.
Curtis Jackson, aka 50 Cent who also acted in the first season as Kanan Stark announced the new season via a tweet.
His tweet @50cent reads ”When one chapter ends, another begins. Power Book II: Ghost” premieres this September on @Starz”
