After series of tweets targeted at tongue lashing her on Twitter, Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele-Bello has recorded a video to clarify issues surrounding the viral video that showed how she organised house party in celebrating her husband’s birthday.
In the recently uploaded video, the actress apologized to her fans who assumed that the house party was against what she ought to stand for as the ambassador for the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
According to her, some of the people present at the party have been in the Amen Estate for months, weeks or days before the lockdown that was announced by President Muhammadu Buhari.

She expressed the readiness to support efforts put in place by government and all relevant agencies to put an end to the pandemic in the country.
She posted the video with the caption that reads “I hear you all and I acknowledge all your honest feedback.

However, she thanked her fans for their concern and love for her brand.
