Popular Nigerian singer, Wizkid, has revealed two persons that changed his life following the release of the visual to his song, ‘Smile’.
Wizkid, some hours ago dropped the visuals to his ‘Smile‘ song off his much-anticipated album, ‘Made in Lagos‘. The Nigerian music superstar dedicated the song to his three sons; Boluwatife, Ayo Jnr. and Zion who were all featured in the video with American singer, H.E.R.
Wizkid took to his Instagram page to give thanks to two persons he claimed helped to change his life following the release of the video. He revealed former record label bosses, Captain Demuren and Banky W, as the persons who changed his life.
He wrote, ‘‘Thank you to these guys for changing my life! @bankywellington @captdemuren (love emoji) EME. 4 ever”
Banky W and Captain Demuren of EME music label gave Wizkid his breakthrough in 2009 after which his first single, ‘Holla At Your Boy’ launched him to the music industry.
The duo of Captain Demuren and Banky W whom he appreciated for changing his life also featured in the newly released video.
