A survey on votes for the 2023 Presidential Election conducted recently has revealed a result that is not surprising but expected when voting commences.
The polls included Presidential Candidates like Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Raabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP.
The selection showed Peter Obi leading other opponents, and people on Twitter hoped the outcome in 2023 would pan out the same, with the LP flag bearer outshining others.
Although, many said that physically, either Tinubu or Atiku would score high votes, adding that Obi only has supporters online.
They argued that most Permanent Voters Card, PVC holders are in the hands of people from the Northern parts of Nigeria, stating that those advocating for the LP candidate would not turn up to vote on election day.
