Veteran Nollywood actor, Bruno Iwuoha passes on at the age of 68.
His death was announced in the earlier hours of the morning by close family. The actor died after a prolonged battle with diabetes and subsequently blindness.

Director of Communications Actors Guild of Nigeria, Monalisa Chinda-Coker, confirmed the news in a statement that read;
“On behalf of the entire members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, the National President, Ejezie Emeka Rollas commiserate with the immediate family members, friends and fans.
He prays that God comfort them at this moment of grief.
May the souls of all faithful departed Rest In Peace,”
In 2015 the actor went public about his struggle with diabetes which he only found out about after an armed robbery attack. Not so long after finding out, the disease claimed his sight in one eye, making it difficult to perform adequately in his active jobs.
After a while, he required urgent medical procedures in the US that would cost about 3.5. million naira and luckily a colleague, Emeka Oguejiofor footed the bill for him.
His first movie project was one titled ‘Lost Kingdom’ shot in Aba by late Ndubuisi Okoh.
