Toyin Lawani has shared touching story of ailment that has forced her to take her womb out.
Media Personality and business mogul, Toyin Lawani has shared vulnerable story of her journey to removing her womb after battling with fibroid for years. Toyin took to her Instagram page to share her story. She said she found out she had fibroids at age 23 when she bled throughout her first pregnancy.
After 5 unsuccessful surgeries in Nigeria, USA, UK and Dubai, Toyin Lawani resorted to taking out her womb entirely.
She also hinted that she had a secret to share after a successful surgery. Her post read,
” I found out I had Fibriod’s when I was 23 years old , while pregnant for my ist Duaghter @therealtiannah , it was hell for me , I bled for 9months straight , always thinking Ayenshemi no where they didn’t carry m.e o, no herb they didn’t give me, with time figure it out, I’m 38 now and I’m still dealing with it, have had at least 5 surgeries in nigeria, uk, dubai, Usa and they keep coming back, been avoiding to do the needful of taking out my womb, but as of last week I told myself what else do i want, i hv two lovely kids… “
” I have booked an appointment for last month to evacuate my womb and I kept having cold feet , but the pain is so so unbearable, but fortunately for me, my friends begged me to try a fertility company again and I did so, guess what I found out that as of this morning a few of them had disappeared, I’m still having pains on my left side pains, which are terrible and doesn’t allow you enjoy sex, walk properly, back pain, swollwn legs andbit will affevt your other organs too but jow itbis way better than before and after my period,
