Nigerian gospel singer, Tope Alabi has joined other celebrities to give her voice on the deadly coronavirus. Along with her daughter, Mary Alabi, the Yoruba worship minister used their voices to talk about the happenings in the world.
Ayo Alabi shared a video where the family performed an old song titled ‘Aye le o’ on her social media page. The husband, Mr Soji Alabi played the piano has Tope Alabi and Ayo blessed lives with a wonderful session.
She sang in Yoruba language, singing about how the virus has kept us all on lockdown worldwide. She therefore used the opportunity to call unbelievers to salvation through Jesus Christ.
Her young daughter, who is also a singer joined her voice on this lovely tune. She shared the video through her Twitter account @ayomikuu with the caption ‘’Today I and mum decided to bless people’s lives with this song and I am sure you haven’t heard it in this light before. God bless you and your household. Please stay safe and stay at home’’
The message today is to stay indoors and stay safe. This will surely pass.
