Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike,had earlier announced that #ENDSARS protest is cancelled in the state but youths in the state are about to embark on a planned peaceful protest with social media influencer, Tacha also in line to march with other youths.
Tacha, a former housemate of the Big Brother Naija show participated in the Lagos protest last week and was seen on TV speaking up for Nigerian youths in a youth program with host, Ebuka.
The self-acclaimed Port Harcourt first daughter engaged Governor Wike’s tweet stating that it is the duty of Nigerians to fight for their human right.

Tacha, who has arrived Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital is now set to join other protesters at Pleasure Park to kick off the protest. This was after she was notified that youths would still go ahead with the protest.
When informed that Police officers are already set at the location, Tacha tweeted, “Well I’m sure they’re there to see that the PROTEST is PEACEFUL #PhProtest #EndBadGovernanceinNigeria#
Meanwhile, some fans of the reality TV star have stated that they won’t take things lightly if anything happened to her and other protesters.
The Port Harcourt protest is one of the several protests to take place by 10am as staged by Nigerian youths to call for justice for every lives to Police brutality and to ensure that what the Nigerian youths want in this regard is accepted.
