Nigerian reggae legend, Majekodunmi Fasheke aka Majek Fashek passed on to glory in the early hours of today in the United States and has been mourned by Nigerians including Senator Dino Melaye.
Tributes flow on social media platforms for the ‘Send down the Rain’ crooner whose death was announced by his long time manager.
Nigerian celebrities has also paid tributes to the reggae musician among which is Big Brother Naija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, actress Kate Henshaw, and several other music artistes.
Nigerian lawmaker, Senator Dino Melaye also took time to pay tribute to Majek Fashek whom he regarded as a friend. The dramatic senator shared many pictures of Majek Fashek on his timeline.
The number of pictures shared by the ex-senate member showed he’s a big fan of Majek Fashek. The late music legend was seen in many social functions hosted by the Nigerian politician.
