Reno Omokri On Drinking Alcohol
Reno Omokri took to social media, as usual, to give his thoughts on Christian morals and values by taking a stand concerning the intake of alcohol.
Drinking of alcohol is regarded as a sin by some Christian denominations which has made Reno to share his thought on the topic.
His tweet @renoomokri reads ”Drinking alcohol is no sin. Drunkenness is sin. It is unscriptural to preach against alcohol”
Reno also gave some scriptures to back up his claim in via the tweet ”Even in heaven they drink wine (Mathew 26: 29). Paul encouraged wine drinking (1 Tim 5:23). Scripture allows you use your tithe to buy alcohol (Deu 14:26)”
This comment on drinking of alcohol by Christians has got people talking.
