In playing the agenda-setting roles of Journalists, Rufai Oseni, Arise TV Presenter, alongside his colleagues, demanded that all the Presidential Candidates produce their medical records for the Nigerian citizens to access and assess.
He made the call during their live morning show where other topics included many candidates that have already cancelled the idea of taking part in this year’s presidential debate.
The candidates they mentioned include, but are not limited to Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP; Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC; Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP.
The Arise team also discussed the multiple corruption cases in the previous year that still haven’t been resolved and how politicians are coming up with ways to divert the attention of Nigerians with some gimmicks.
Rufai Oseni insisted that Nigerian need to know the health conditions of the leaders coming to rule them for the next four years.
