The Zazoo Crooner, Habeeb Okikiola, with the internationally recognized artiste name Portable, is finally in the Nigerian Police Force, NPF custody after failing to honor five invitations to come to clarify some charges brought forward against him.
Unfortunately, Portable was scooped up by the Ogun State Police Command on Friday after the 72-hour ultimatum issued to the controversial singer/performer by the men of the force elapsed.
In the recent past, it was gathered that the musician was handed a 72-hour ultimatum by the police to report himself to the nearest station after he was captured in a viral video resisting arrest by operatives of the force.
According to the Ogun State Police Command spokesman, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed on Friday that Portable was arrested and is currently being detained at the Command’s headquarters in Eleweran, Abeokuta.
The PPRO disclosed that Portable was arrested after failing to honor five invitations, even though he was captured earlier before he fell in the officers’ net in a video claiming to be untouchable.
Extra information on the matter revealed that the zazoo zeh music singer will spend 72 hours in detention before he will be charged to court on Monday 3, 2023.
