Yobe State Police Command has announced the arrest of a man who has been identified as Ba’ari Abacha, for allegedly cutting off his wife’s right hand.
Rariya reported that Abacha committed the brutal act due to the failure of his wife to be complying with his orders.
The report added that Abacha had warned his wife Halima Bulama not to go out for an occasion, but she disobeyed him and went by all means. This made Abacha angry which led him cutting off one of her hands.
