Parts of Plateau State are currently witnessing a heavy gridlock due to the visit of the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
All the OBIDIENTS, as they like to be called, are at the Rwang Pam Stadium in Jos, the State’s capital, while countless numbers are still trooping to the venue to witness the epoch moment with a man many believe would be the next Nigerian President.
The venue is dominated by students in the state and soon, the LP Presidential Candidate will commence his address to convince them why he’s the best option for the number one office in the nation.
Talks about what Peter Obi intends to do rallies around mainly economic development among other key sensitive sectors of the nation.
Already, Obi has been received by the Gubernatorial candidate of their party in Jos as the ground is set for another election campaign.
However, with all the glitz and glamour surrounding the whole campaigning routine, there have also been some sad incidents that occurred in the Eastern parts of Nigeria.
A video circulated about an Obi supporter that was ambushed along the roadside for wearing the LP Presidential Candidate’s shirt. He was asked to step out of his car, and the criminals described as unknown gunmen fired shots at his vehicle, deflating the tires and molesting the man however they chose.
