Yusuf Datti, running mate to Peter Obi, both members of the Labour Party, LP, recently itemised the failures of President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
Datti reacted to Mr Babatunde Fashola’s speech at a Public Lecture where the Minister of Works and Housing listed the achievements of the All Progressives Congress, APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and partly that of the present government in power.
Irritated by the lies of the Minister, the LP Vice Presidential Candidate swiftly pointed out that while the lecture was interesting, it was also conspicuous in the sense that Fashola failed to mention the previous eight-Month old strike that left students stranded.
In a video uploaded on Twitter by Arc Angel Jesse @Jessehallidaygi, Datti added that the Minister failed to mention the incessant dollar rise, which rate today is over seven hundred naira.
Also, he recalled that Fashola mentioned infrastructure developments around various parts of the country but did not admit their complete abandonment of the Kano-Abuja expressway, which practically, nothing has been done to salvage the situation.
Peter Obi’s Vice insisted that a leader is supposed to be balanced which is exactly what he’s doing, not apportioning blame to the Buhari-led admin but stating the obvious on areas the government has underperformed.
