Wearing Face Mask
Pastor Biodun Lawal who mocked Christians for wearing face mask may have gotten a suitable response from the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
Lawal a pastor of Christ Embassy had earlier claimed that Christians who wear face mask are “baby Christians.”
He did not stop at that, but he also went head to stress that pastors who also do so in order to prevent contracting COVID-19 are a shame to heaven.
Though he has since gotten different reactions after making the statements, well respected Pastor Adeboye has taken a stand and has made it public.
Adeboye took to his Twitter page to make it clear that he stands for keeping safe in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He simply tweeted “Stay safe, wear a mask!” Though his tweet has generated a lot of controversial reactions, many believe wearing a face mask is the way to go.
Many of them ask the place of faith and power to perform miracles if Christians would still need to wear a face mask.
