The Chairman, Oyo State Pilgrims Welfare Board (Muslim wing), prof. Sayd Malik has assured the 2020 intending Hajj Pilgrims with the state government of better service in the coming Hajj exercise.
He gave the assurance after he disclosed that the board had refunded the sum of N8,064.34 to each of the 2019 Hajj Pilgrims that traveled with the state government.
Everyeveryng gathered that Prof Malik, made this known while briefing newsmen in his office at the Hajj Camp, Olodo, Ibadan.

According to him, the state government, through the board, had refunded the total sum of N24,628,900 to the 2019 muslim faithful who travelled for hajj before they embarked on their journey to Saudi Arabia.

He affirmed that a new dawn has genuinely come to Oyo State going by the support given to the board by the present administration under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde.
The Chairman, after that, warned all those who intend to perfom the 2020 hajj with the state and their coordinator to be wary of fraudsters that may want to dupe them.
