Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo is known for his teachings on relationships. He is very popular on social media platforms such as YouTube. His wife is also a prominent Nigerian Pastor, Pastor Mildred. Together, they help Nigerians build stable relationships.
He has gained notoriety by helping singles and married people alike. He was praised for being progressive by claiming husbands should not be starved of sex because of fasting. This comment earned him praise. However, now, he is under fire for his tweets.
He aired his opinion about adultery and fornication via Twitter. He wrote, “we can’t normalize fornication and then demonize adultery”. He went further to explain that the two were intertwined.
It did not sit right with many Nigerians, who came at him.
