The Nigerian police force, NPF has announced the date for physical and credential screening of the 10,000 constables to be recruited into the force.
The Force’s spokesman, Frank Mba said the screening exercise will take place between August 24 and September 6 adding that the screening is in continuation of the ongoing recruitment.
According to Mba, all candidates who completed the online recruitment registration are to proceed for the screening.
He revealed that the screening exercise would take place at designated locations across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
However, Mba stated that the screening exercise will be carried out in strict compliance with the COVID-19 protocols.

Earlier, the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has opined that the recruitment exercise is free of charge as he also assured candidates that the process will be conducted in the best tradition of transparency and accountability.
Meanwhile, he advised applicants to be wary of online impostors and other criminal elements who might want to take advantage of the recruitment exercise to dupe innocent applicants.
As part of the requirement for the recruitment exercise, applicants are to appear at the various screening venues in their white T-shirts and shorts.
They are also expected to bring their National Identity Number, Original and duplicate copies of their O’ Level Result(s), Certificate of Origin, Birth Certificate including Declaration of Age with recent passport photographs attached.
Others are a printout of application submission confirmation page and duly completed Guarantor’s form.
The Force spokesman, however, emphasised that any candidate who fails to present the above-mentioned, will not be considered for the screening.
