A talented Nigerian makeup artist is set to join the list of Nigerians to earn the title of Guinness World Record Holder.
The Nigerian makeup artist identified as Eronmosele Ozah was recently revealed to have set out of to see his name in the Guinness Book of World Records as he attempted to make history for the longest makeup marathon.
Eronmosele specializes in SFX (special effects) and has engaged in the longest makeup marathon which is said to have lasted for 28 hours and 45 minutes. The session was said to have taken place at Nadia Bakery, opposite the institution.
The 400-level student of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) reportedly set the new record on Monday, August 31, 2020.
The makeup artist took to his Twitter page to share the news, ‘‘I’m currently setting a Guinness world for the longest make-up marathon right now. 6 hours is almost done”
”The marathon continues!!! #longestmakeupmarathon’‘ he added.
He then appreciated his supporters after setting the record, ”I just want to say a big thank you to everyone supporting me and pushing me all this wouldn’t have been possible without you guys. Thank you. 28: 49:43. History has been made”
Eronmosele Ozah joins the likes of Stephen Keshi, Kaffy Dancer, Olawumi Treasures Bayode, Adetunwase Adenle, and so on in the list of Nigerian Guinness World Record holders.
