Facebook user narrowly escapes stray bullet in Port Harcourt
Nigerian Facebook user identified as Asele Daniel has shared how she narrowly escaped death in Port Harcourt, Rivers state after a stray bullet from nowhere almost hit her.
Thankful for her life, Asele said she was just in time as the stray bullet came in through her ceiling and landed on her bed just seconds after she stood up from her lying position.
She shared this testimony on Facebook with a picture of the bullet,
“Testimony!!
Yesterday evening I was lying on the bed, immediately I moved out from the bed, this stray bullet from no where, just busted the ceiling directly on the bed. I give God all the praise for protecting my life”
This is not new especially in the face of the current protest against police brutality and bad governance. There have been cases of a stray bullet hitting and killing unsuspecting Nigerian citizens all over the country.
Owing to the recent turn of events, Rivers state Governor, Wike Nyesom placed a curfew to help ameliorate violence in the state just days ago.
