Famous Instagram celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha, also known as Mompha, has reacted to reports making the rounds that the anti-graft agency Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, advised him to maintain a low profile following the arrest of Huhspuppi.
Mompha’s reaction is coming a few days after famous On-Air Personality Daddy Freeze interviewed him regarding Huhspuppi’s ordeals in the hands of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI.
The socialite described the report as a false publication, adding that it came to him as a shock that some internet users are quoting him out of context. However, he noted that the EFCC did not at any point asked him to lay low because of Hushpuppi’s arrest.
The social media celebrity further explained that he referred to a minor incident that made him decided to delete his pictures on Instagram in 2020, adding that the move had nothing to do with his personal and private affairs.

Meanwhile, he urged his followers and the general public to discountenance the viral reports, which according to him, is a calculated attempt to associate him with Hushpuppi’s arrest.
According to Mompha, the charges against him by the EFCC is about allegations of operating BDC without a license and has nothing to do with or involving fraud. Mompha maintained that he is not a fraudster or in any way associated with fraudsters.
