Since Lacyon’s life has been described as that hinges on grace, he then made an announcement about starting a reality show.

Origin drink company was part of the sponsors of the BBNaija 2020 season 5 edition, but while Laycon was on the show taking the drink, he did not see the deal coming his way.

As a son of Ogun State in the South Western part of Nigeria, Lekan was honoured by his state governor, Dapo Abiodun, as Youth Ambassandor.
He was not just honoured with the appointment, he was also given the sum of five million naira and a house.

Lekan was a musician before ever coming on the BBNaija reality show. According to him, getting publicity for his music career was the only mission he had coming to Biggie’s house.

It would be recalled that he is the only housemate that has gotten the number of votes he got in the history of the BBNaija reality TV show.

The news of Laycon getting verified on Twitter has left many deaf, as his fans, “the Icons’ rolled out drums to celebrate him.
He is the first BBNaija lockdown housemate to be so verified on Twitter. Somehow, this might have silenced some rivalry stunts he has been getting from some other fellow ex-BBNaija lockdown housemates.
