Sanwo-Olu Gets COVID-19
Lagos State governor, Babjide Sanwo-Olu has gotten his COVID-19 test result hours after going into self isolation.
The governor’s test result was made public by the state Commissioner of Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi.
According to the commissioner, the governor’s COVID-19 test result has revealed that he is positive to the ravaging virus.
“Following Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s exposure to a confirmed case of COVID19, a PCR test performed yesterday the 11th of December has confirmed that he has indeed been infected with the virus which is supported by mild symptoms and fatigue typical of a mild case of COVID19.
Abayomi stressed that the governor is getting adequate treatment at home and expressed confidence that he will soon recover from the infection.
