Nigerian singer, John Ighodaro better known as Johnny Drille has made an awesome announcement on social media.
The Mavins record label signee took to his official Twitter page on Thursday, 4th of February to announce his debut album.
According to the sonorous singer, he has been recording the album for 5 years and is now ready to drop the album he referred to as his ‘precious baby’ anytime soon.
His tweet reads, “Today, at exactly 3:24PM I finished recording the last song on my album.
“5 years of labor of love, and here we are. My precious baby is about to be birthed, finally” he added.
Johnny Drille was signed by Mavins boss, Don Jazzy, in 2015 after he released a cover ‘Awww’ by fellow Mavin act, Di’ja.
The Edo-State born singer has hit songs such as ‘Hallelujah’, ‘Count on You’, ‘Finding Efe’, ‘Something Better’, ‘Mystery Girl’ and so on.
