Nigerian singer and songwriter, Niniola Apata with the stage name Niniola in a social media post has craved for Grammy award winner, Beyonce’s style.
Niniola is one of Nigeria’s finest singer and has been consistent since participating in the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa (2013). She has been nominated for several music awards as well as being rated by top artists like Drake and Justin Timberlake.
Her 2017 single ‘Maradona‘ produced by Sarz spent 13 weeks on South Africa’s Metro FM Chart, retaining the number one position for 6 weeks. The song also got her nominations at the 2018 BET Awards and South Africa Music Awards (SAMAs).
Niniola on Beyonce’s Style
In a social media post, Niniola craved for the style of music songstress, Beyonce. The ‘Omo Rapala’ crooner in a picture post tried to replicate the music legend’s style.
Nini, as she’s fondly called in 2019, had her ‘Maradona’ song sampled in ‘Find Your Way Back‘, a song from Beyonce’s soundtrack album ‘The Lion King: The Gift‘.
She was also credited as one of the track’s songwriters and composers which made her receive a Grammy nomination for her work as a composer on ‘The Lion King: The Gift’ album.
