Last weekend was indeed an exhilarating experience for many music fans who attended Falz’s The Experience at Eko Convention Centre. It held on the night of Saturday, 8th June.
Falz introduced on stage members of Sweet Boys Association, but not without a mild dramatic display from former Big Brother Africa (BBA) host, IK Osakioduwa, and comedians, Basket Mouth and JJC Skillz. They were assisted by their wives!
When he eventually mounted the stage to perform some of his hit tracks, fans were virtually off their minds in excitement as he sang his hit songs, from “Hypocrite” to “Way”.
Simi accompanied him on stage to perform some of their collaborations. Their rendition of Soldier was particularly cute and humorous. Falz also performed with other artists on stage, namely: Ice Prince and Skiibii.
There were solo performances from other artists as well. Some of the female artists who were remarkably outstanding in their performance for the night are Simi, Niniola and Seyi Shay as they took fans on a beautiful journey of good music.
At the end of the concert, satisfaction was written on the faces of various fans at the venue. Sweaty and excited, they got their money’s worth. Falz promised an experience, he’d given them just that.
