Go to the organiser’s website at www.gulderultimatesearch.ng and fill the form.
It is essential to know the forms have been available since September 1 and would close on September 8, 2021.

- Aptitude test
- a full-frame video of you stating why you should be on this year’s show, not more than a minute.
- Take a half-frame picture of yourself against a plain background. The picture must be recent.
