After the release of his album, Flavour sparks controversy with raunchy music video
Indigenous Nigerian musician, Flavour sparks serious controversy with the music video of a song off his Flavour of Africa album.
The artiste shared a snippet of his recently released music video directed by acclaimed video director, TG Omori. This was the visuals to the song, ‘Looking Nyash’ off his new album, ‘Flavour Of Africa’
Moments after its release, some Nigerians called for the ban of the video describing it as disgusting and lustful mostly because the video has shots of barely clad women dancing. The moralists even sighted the fact that I recent times Flavour had been releasing gospel songs.
Others, however, seemed to have no issue with the video and even jumped to the musician’s defence saying that he made an amazing hit especially for the yuletide celebrations.
Despite being slammed from all corners and a call for the ban of the video, Flavour has made no comment on this, instead, he has continued to promote it aggressively.
