It was gathered that the assassin used a stun gun to incapacitate Saleh before murdering him with the intention to get rid of the body parts to make it look like nothing happened.
Police disclosed that there was little blood at the scene of the incident adding that Saleh’s legs below the knees and his arms had been removed, with the missing body parts placed into bags.
Prior to his death, Saleh was sued by a former prison guard, Kirk Eady, who was jailed for using his app PrankDial to secretly record and listen to employees’ phone calls.
The app allowed the former deputy director of Hudson County Correctional Facility, place a call between two employees without them knowing he was behind it, then listen to their conversation.
According to prosecutors, he listened to their complaints about him and then retaliated against them in the workplace.
Eady who claimed that the app made him think what he was doing was legal sued Saleh for fraud in 2017.
Meanwhile, his family has urged the New York Police Department, NYPD and other members of law enforcement to work diligently to get to the bottom of this horrific crime and bring justice for Fahim.
