Nigerian singer and songwriter, Sidney Onoriode Esiri, popularly known as Dr SID is a known associate of music producer, Don Jazzy.
Dr SID got signed to Don Jazzy’s Mo’Hits Records in 2007, shortly after making a decision to stop practising as a dentist. He went on to record ‘Curriculum Vitae‘, a collective album by the defunct Mo’Hits artists released in December 2007.
He is now a member of Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records after the old Mo’Hits re-branded. Dr SID, who happens to be the son of late Nollywood actor, Justus Esiri, has named Don Jazzy as one of his big influence in life.

Dr SID, in a Twitter talked about his label boss and friend, Don Jazzy. The duo was part of the music group that shook the nation over a decade ago.
He also point out the music producer as the most influential person in his success story and went further to reveal the most important lessons he learnt from him.
SID revealed this as he posted a picture of the label boss cleaning his ear with a cotton bud. The caption reads ”DONT LEAVE YOUR BIRO OR PEN NEAR HIM!!!! He will turn it into cotton bud ooo!!!”
