Nollywood actress, Omoni Oboli has taken to her social media page to call on the government to dissolve SARS completely.
This comes after the Federal Government had dissolved the Police unit; SARS which has got Nigerians on the street in Nigeria and various parts of the world in the past few days.
Social media has played a very good as the Police unit which has been killing young Nigerians got the attention of the whole world and has been scrapped by Nigerian Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.
This has made Omoni Oboli, who had joined in the protest took to her social media page to call for total Police reform as well as better lives for Nigerians.
Her tweet reads, “Because our young ones need to feel safe #EndPoliceBrutality it’s not enough to just #EndSars but a total police reform.
“Don’t end sars and give it another name! We demand a government that cares for its citizens! A government that listens! Enough is enough! WE ARE TIRED!’‘ she added.
