Nigerian record producer and music executive Michael Collins Ajereh, widely known as Don Jazzy, has made headlines after donating N100 million to the non-governmental organization (NGO) of self-styled activist Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan. The announcement was made in a video shared on VeryDarkMan’s social media accounts on Thursday.
In the video, VeryDarkMan expressed his initial shock upon discovering the substantial sum in his bank account. “When I saw the money, I panicked. I thought it was a glitch or maybe even a setup,” he explained. After reaching out to various contacts to confirm the source of the funds, he found that none had initiated the transfer.

Relief came when he received a message from Don Jazzy, clarifying that he was indeed the benefactor behind the generous donation. This unexpected support is aimed at bolstering the activities of VeryDarkMan’s NGO, which focuses on various social issues.

Don Jazzy’s philanthropic gesture has sparked discussions across social media, with many praising his commitment to supporting community initiatives.
