Davido’s Online Talent Show Begins
The singer made a video giving prospective participants the ground rules of the competition. In the video, he said that the competition was to celebrate his new single, ‘Lala’ featuring Ckay. He put out this contest for singers and dancers who believed they had a fighting chance for the whooping 4.8 million naira grand prize.
He also mentioned that proceeds from the competition would be used to support The Wellbeing Foundation Africa, which was set up to improve the health outcomes for women and children in Africa.
The competition runs from May 4 to July 25, where the contestants with the highest votes will be selected, and the winners announced on the 30th of July.
