Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has offered prayers for the quick recovery of the Chief of Staff to the president, Abba Kyari who reportedly tested positive to Coronavirus, COVID-19.
The former presidental candidate under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, offered the prayers in a tweet via his official twitter handle @atiku.
He said “My thoughts and prayers are with Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari. Allah ya kare mu gabaki daya, kuma ya bashi lafiya“
You will recalled that Atiku had earlier announced that his son also tested postive to the virus and he has been taken to a hospital in Abuja for treatment.

In the meantime, Former senator representing Kogi West, Senator Dino Melaye has also offered prayers to Abba Kyari as he wished him quick recovery.
Dino, who made this known via his twitter handle said”My emphathy and prayer goes to Alh. Abba Kyari ( Chief of Staff) to Mr President. Our Good Lord will heal you and heal our land“.
Everyevery.ng gathered that Kyari had travelled to Germany on Saturday, March 7th to meet with officials of Siemens in Munich on the Nigerian electricity expansion programme.
Meanwhile, Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has tested negative for the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus), following a test for the disease that was carried out on the president by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
