Three Coronavirus patients have reportedly run away from isolation center in Kano. This was disclosed by the Coordinator of Kano Taskforce on Coronavirus, Dr Tijjani Hussain.
The Nation reported that, “the three coronavirus patients disappeared from their respective houses and have been unreachable. And they have switched off their phones with their homes deserted.”
The Coordinator pointed out that a surveillance and investigation team is working hard to track them.
“We are collaborating with security agents to track them and bring them to the isolation centre.” He said.
Kano has 77 confirmed cases with one recorded death.
