Brother Kills Sibling
A 20-year-old male, Ibrahim Abdullahi and his 22-years-old gang member, Hassan Amadu are currently in police net for the murder of Ibrahim’s sibling Kadade Abdullahi for being their father’s favourite child.
The two suspects were arrested in by the Special Intelligence Response Team, (IRT) team at Amana Maikasuwa Village in Kaduna State for kidnapping and murdering Kadade Abdullahi.
The brother who killed his sibling was not the first to be arrested, but his suspected cohort Hassan, who is said to be a member of a 5-man gang.
On his arrest, Ibrahim opened up to the police about killing his sibling and also being a member of a gang involved in cattle rustling, kidnapping and robbery.
He was able to confess that to the police that he has also way been jealous of his elder brother who got better attention than him.
Ibrahim confessed to killing his sibling because his father sent his murdered brother to both primary and secondary school while he was sent to an Arabic school, and was never happy when late Kadade calls him an illiterate because he can’t speak in English.
According to him, the thoughts of killing Kadade started coming up when he sold their father’s cattle and made N1.7 million as sum his father can not keep in his custody.
He contracted his gang members to kill his sibling after his father asked lade Kadado to keep the whole money the whole family was expecting him to share among them when his father only gave him 20 cows and two plots of land when he got married.
After his arrest, he said he regretted that he was a mastermind of his gang members killing his older sibling but, he got N100,000 after he asked his members to kill his brother and steal the N1.7 million.
