As is the norm with the Big Brother house a new leader is selected every Monday after a daunting task and for this week, Pere wins Head of House for the week.

Pere is taking the mantle of leadership from Boma who was the winner last week. Boma’s charisma and seriousness of the task made him an ideal leader for the remaining 21 housemates during his tie. This week however presents the new leader with a new challenge as there are more housemates in making a total of 23 housemates including the new leader.
The winner is mandated to pick a deputy from the opposite sex and after a few minutes of thought, Pere selected Maria as the deputy head of house this week.
The privacy of the HoH lounge is definitely something most housemates look forward to but it may be a privilege worth more to this pair who have kicked off some romance in the house.
