Tuesday night at the BBNaija house seemed to be an emotional one for Saskay and Jaypaul as he called it quits on their relationship, thereby ending what he had with his love interest.
Recall that Saskay made it clear to Jaypaul and Cross that she wasn’t interested in any relationship inside the House because she had a boyfriend. However, this didn’t stop Jaypaul from still trying his luck with her.
Jaypaul, after winning over Saskay heart, has willingly backed off from this situation. According to him, he is trying to make sure he does not overwhelm Saskay and, at the same time, is trying to protect himself.
He added that he is ready to adjust to a new kind of friendship in the House, but Saskay, on the other hand, is unsure if they can go back to being just fellow Housemates.
After the duo spoke about their relationship, he sat alone in the garden to catch his breath and afterwards, Saskay also went to the garden to cry out her pain.
As a result of the breakup, she isolated herself, but he came over to her to sort things out and further explain the new development.
Saskay attempted to persuade him by requesting that he be straightforward and openly define this new dynamic.
Even though they haven’t figured it out yet, Jaypaul urged that they focus on getting through this week and seeing how things go, adding that he will continue to look out for her best interests and defend her if necessary.
