Organisers of the BBNaija reality TV show has revealed details about the just-concluded season 6 edition.
During the prize presentation show, Chief Executive Officer, CEO Multichoice Nigeria John Ugbe hinted that over N4.3 billion was spent on organising the Shine Ye Eye 2021 edition of the show.
He also added that the 26 housemates won a total of N63 million during the 72days journey in the Big Brother house, as they participated in different sponsored tasks.
According to him, over a thousand people were engaged in producing and airing season 6 of BBNaija this year.
Part of the information put in the public is that over 50,000 people sent in entering for the 2021 edition of the show, among which 26 were carefully selected.
It was added that over one billion votes were cast for all the Shine Ya Eye housemates, with massive engagements on and off the social media platforms.
