Tolanibaj and Vee Beef
Vee recently admitted in an interview that her ex-friend in the BBNaija Lockdown house, Tolanibaj blocked her on Instagram. It seems this beef between the two ladies is not dying down soon because the two have not been pictured together in the numerous events that hosted the Lockdown housemates.
In her interview, she was responding to tweets from fans when someone asked her about thrashing things out with Tolanibaj and she said,
“I don’t have beef with Tolanibaj. Beef is a word when it is two-sided. I didn’t block anybody, I didn’t unfollow anybody. I’m blocked, boy! I’m B for blocked but I’m not beefing anyone to make that very very clear. I intend on being civil if I see her and we have the conversation, we have the conversation but one thing I don’t do is force things. If you don’t like me, don’t like me”
Recall that while in the BBNaija house, Vee and Tolanibaj were cool even to the point of calling themselves sisters. This budding relationship was flushed down the drain when Ebuka asked Erica to talk about the conversation she had with Tolanibaj about being interested in Neo. Earlier in the show, Tolanibaj had mentioned that Neo was cool and she was feeling him if the feeling towards him was mutual. This was after Erica had told Tolani that Neo liked her despite being with Vee.
Vee felt betrayed by this and renounced her friendship with Tolanibaj. A major beef was averted that day because shortly after Ebuka exposed this, Tolanibaj was evicted from the show, that line of questioning was very timely. Tolani’s eviction did not stop Vee from saying what she felt because she told every housemate who cared to listen that Tolanibaj was a betrayer and implied that she was trying to snatch her man, Neo.
