Kiddwaya and Ozo’s journey to two strikes
Ozo has joined the league of BBNaija housemates who are hanging by a thread in the house. Last evening, biggie issued Ozo his second strike for writing love notes to his almost-lover, Nengi. After calling the housemates in to announce the wager and task win, Biggie decided to make it a day of reckoning for Ozo for flouting the house rules on permitted means of communication.
The reason Ozo is hanging on by a thread is that a third strike would mean automatic disqualification from the show. This was the case of Erica Nlewedim who had two strikes before her exit from the show, one for violation the Head of House curfew and another for flipping her finger at the camera. The third and final strike was her outburst after last Saturday night party. That is the same route Kiddwaya and Ozo are taking with both having two strikes each.
Let us start with Ozo’s journey to two strikes. He got his first strike from whispering to another housemate which counts as an audio infringement after getting several microphone warnings from Biggie. The second strike was incurred this week for the sake of love. After the first stage of their sponsored task on Tuesday, he called Nengi aside to surprise her with sweet notes from his loving heart which impressed Nengi but not Biggie. Ozo must have thought he escaped until last night when he was called out on his misbehaviour.
Kiddwaya is also in the league of the rogues. Before Erica’s exit, he was her lover and spent a lot of time together. This was probably the reason they led each other into trouble a lot. Kiddwaya’s first strike was while he was Head of house. He went against the rule of not letting his visitor, Erica sleepover at his lounge by allowing her stay up till 3 am which also led to Erica’s second strike. Kiddwaya’s second one came when he flipped a finger at the camera, disrespecting Biggie and the viewers.
Right now these two are leading with strikes and have to take extra care to ensure that they commit no more grievous crimes so they do not bring their journey to an abrupt end and break the record of causing a double or triple disqualification in one season.
