The housemates snubbed Laycon on the first night in BBnaija Lockdown house,
Laycon was always known as the underdog of the BBnaija house. Most of his supporters fell in love with him after a few days when they had seen that there was more to Laycon than his dreadlocks and wired jacket. He was the 19th housemate to make it into the house and he shared an awkward moment that welcomed him into the show.
Laycon did not share this experience with anyone in the house for reasons best known to him but he said it in his diary session in the final week of the show and now in his exclusive with Ebuka.
While sitting with the interviewer, the BBNaija winner said after he left the stage om the launch day, he made his way into the house with hopes to be received warmly but was met with no response and cold stares.
Excited to be in the house, he said ‘whazzzap’ but no one even gave him the time of day except for Dorathy who asked ‘you are Laycon right?’ and gave him the microphone pack with his name on it.
That did not shape his behaviour in the show as we saw. He brushed it off and went ahead to ix with and form friendships with some housemates.
