BBNaija 2019 housemates in denial trend.
The era of relationships in the big brother naija house has exposed the depth of pettiness that can come from a lover scorned.
Over the past weeks, we have journeyed with the ex-housemates and reunion host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and explored all the different relationships . From the most obvious like Mercy and Ike, Diane and Elozonam, Frodd and Esther to less obvious ones like the Omashola and Kim, let’s not forget the unlikely triangle between Venita, Frodd and Omashola .
With the exception of Mercy and Ike, the rest of the bbnaija 2019 housemates and their relationships have all taken a sour note . This is not surprising to most fans as relationships formed in BBN rarely see the light of day.
However, the housemates who have fallen out of love have all taken to a certain trend – denying the existence of their feelings .
It all started with Tuoyo saying that he had no romantic feelings for Diane and that in fact she was not his ‘type’ although from what we saw, she was his type in the house.
Episodes later,Diane followed in his footsteps saying that she was typically into darker skinned men after a heated argument with her one-time lover, Elozonam who is very light skinned.
The latest denial is a very shocking one from loverboy Frodd. We all saw how smitten Frodd was with Esther ,even fellow housemates were amazed at how relentless he was in pursuit of Esther.
With that history, you can only imagine the surprised when Ebuka asked food to rate his relationship with Venita and he responded ‘the situation with her(Venita) is better than what I had with Esther.’ He even went further to say that he believed that he and Venita would have made a power couple.
