Another Protest to Start
Another protest is to start in Abuja, Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory, (FCT) this week. The protest is tagged #SECURENORTH, and it would be starting on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
The venue of the new protest is the National Assembly and it is tagged Occupy National Assembly.
According to the report, it was organised by the coalition of 150 Organisations, unions, associations, professional bodies among many others.
This is said to be geared towards the call against the senseless killings and kidnappings in the north and other parts of the country.
Information has it that the protesters would be occupying the National Assembly complex, and the 3-Arms Zone in Abuja.
Information about the protest was tweeted by Nigeria’s popular activist, Aisha Yesufu.
This is coming days after the #EndSARS protest was recorded to have resurrected in some parts of the country.
